When, where: We would be pleased to invite you to an information event on Saturday, September 2nd. 2025, at 11 a.m. at the MRC one.
Such as: We would like to exchange ideas with you on 6 marketplaces every 30 minutes on various topics of our clubhouse renovation plan. Procedure and timing will be explained at the beginning of the event.
Why: We want to give you a good information base for the Extraordinary General Meeting on 11.10.2025 at the Bavarian Yacht Club Give it to the hand. There we want to decide on the continuation of the construction project. We look forward to your coming, your board
Market place 1: Construction and schedule: Here we want to inform you about the latest plans of the architect and the results of the specialist planners.
Market place 2: Cost structure + financing: We continue to expect refurbishment costs of €4 million. In this amount there is a buffer of about 20% for unforeseen and cost increases. We will show the breakdown and content of the cost structure. Furthermore, we will explain the financing components and the resulting different scenarios for surcharge and contribution increase.
Market place 3: New contribution structure: The proposal for a new contribution structure is based, on the one hand, on the requirements of building financing and, on the other hand, on the need to be able to finance operational operations with new requirements. We would like to introduce and explain this to you.
Market place 4: Auctions and Events: 2025/2026 will be colorful! At our booth 4 we collect ideas for a lively auction and special events designed by members for members. Whether creative, original or simply useful: The first exciting proposals for auction objects have already arrived. The proceeds will benefit our club.
Market place 5: Energy planning + technical building equipment: Our specialist planners have been commissioned to make our clubhouse as energy-efficient and CO-efficient as possible.2-neutral and equipped for modern sports operations. In the focus, we will present you the current state of energy planning and ventilation.
Marketplace 6: sport We want to discuss with you on the one hand the coaching and instructor situation and on the other hand the plans for the sports operation in general and during the renovation.
