For donation receipts of more than 200 €, we automatically issue a donation receipt. This happens in one go after the completion of the accounting for the previous year. If you have not heard from us after the end of the calendar year (let's say until February of the following year...), please contact us. For amounts less than 200€, a general donation receipt in conjunction with a transfer receipt is sufficient for the tax office.

The MRC 1880 is happy about every donation and in return is authorized to issue tax-reducing donation receipts. Donations can be deposited into our account at VR Bank. Please clearly mark the payment in the intended purpose as a donation.

To cancel the membership, a timely notification via the website is sufficient. A postal notification by registered mail is not necessary. Of course, we will confirm your cancellation. Association administration and treasury use our administration system on a monthly basis. It may therefore happen that individual requests are not processed directly (although we endeavour to do so). If a request remains unanswered for more than four weeks, we ask for a short note.

Please send an invoice for reimbursement of expenses to the association by e-mail and send it to the treasurer. Please indicate in the invoice your IBAN (!), the purpose of the outlay and the board member with whom this outlay was agreed. Please attach scan copies of the original documents to this invoice. Please deposit the original receipts afterwards, but always until the end of the current month, together with a copy of the invoice in the mailbox of the boathouse. Of course, you can also do without the e-mail invoice. However, we can process these more quickly, so that you usually have your money back in the account a few days after the delivery.

Please fill out a new SEPA mandate from us and send it to us signed in paper form. After changing your bank details in our administration system, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have not heard from us within four weeks, please feel free to contact us.
