Traditional MRC1880 New Year's Eve 2025

The thermometer showed only -11°C in the morning, but the wind conditions were acceptable and so 38 cheerful MRC members set sail for New Year's Eve rowing on 31.12. The following traditional white sausage breakfast was followed by a few more – so it became very cozy and sociable in the hall with a view of the sunny lake.

With hot white sausages, pretzels, beer and mulled wine, experiences of the past year were exchanged and new plans forged.

Thanks to the initiative of Samantha and the many helpers, the event was a complete success.  

The club chairman Uli thanked all the active members and helpers around the club life, the sport and the planned renovation of the club house, and gave an outlook on the planning for 2026. In 2027, the refurbishment was to be largely completed.
