Valuable: Unaffordable or irreplaceable?
This was the motto of this year's Germany-wide Open Monument Day.
Our Club History team has offered the interested public and club members several guided tours of our listed clubhouse and informed them about the history of the MRC1880. Historical boats were also exhibited on the meadow.
It was a very lively day – despite the initial rain, there were around 600 visitors on the site.
It was once again a great atmosphere and very interested visitors. Everything was super prepared and carried out by our historians of the history team.
A large cake buffet and the Bistro 1880 provided for the physical well-being.
The day was a complete success and gives further tailwind for the planned renovation.
