Dear rowing friends

Now the annual general meeting in the Schlossberghalle Starnberg is approaching (22.3.), and also our dinner together in the Tutzinger Hof in Starnberg (Tutzinger Hof Platz 7, within walking distance of the Schlossberghalle).
You do not need to register for the JHV, but for dinner. Could you please check if you are registered?
There are still places available, but registration is necessary! (The host assigns places that are not reserved by us by tomorrow in advance to other guests). Only those who are registered can participate in the MRC dinner. 
There is a delicious snack for all guests. This will be appetizingly decorated on the tables when we arrive after the JHV. The price of 30 € also includes two drinks of your choice.  

On the procedure: 
Please get in touch for dinner Tonight to, 16.03.25, midnight, at this address: pre-registration _jhv _essen@mrc1880.de.
Please consult us in case of vegetarian or vegan food requests.
We have to go to the host. 17.03.25 notify the number of guests in a binding manner, so later registrations or spontaneous arrivals are unfortunately not possible! 

The amount of 30 € collects the team at the reception at the Registration for the JHV (starting at 1:30 p.m. in the Schlossberghalle of the city of Starnberg). Please bring this amount appropriately and in cash.

Invitation to the JHV on 22.3.2025

We invite you to the Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will take place on Saturday 22 March 2025 at 3 p.m. in the Schlossberghalle of the city of Starnberg. Vogelanger 2. The Schlossberghalle can be reached in a few minutes on foot from the train station or from the MRC (map; external link).

You will find the invitation and agenda here.
One of the main topics of the meeting is the refurbishment of our Starnberg clubhouse.
From 13.30 is admission and registration, with the possibility of planning inspection.

Pre-registration to the JHV is not required.

If you cannot come to the JHV yourself, please use the opportunity to give another MRCler his voting authority. This can be done by means of a form (simply bring along, see below) or by sending an informal e-mail in advance birgit.hassler@mrc1880.de, with the subject ‘Power of attorney’.
