- First week: 26.04 to 3.05.
- Second week: 03.05. to 10.05.

Daily schedule
- Daily two training sessions in the rowing boat, then detailed video analysis
- Daily gymnastics
- Ergonomic if necessary
- Boat trimming lessons, boating lessons
costs
- Trainer fee to Thomas Thallmair (65€/ day)
- Transport and gasoline costs for boat transport (approx. 25€ /pP)
- Daily fee to the rowing centre (20€/day)
- Hotel with half board (DZ or EZ 80€/pP)
- Not included: Transportation (arrival and departure).
- Total: approx. 1.200€
