Temporary escape routes

The Haus und Hof team has worked very hard over the last 1.5 years to make the house more ‘fireproof’. Until the refurbishment of the clubhouse, however, we cannot change the fact that the house will be burned down in a very short time in an emergency. In order to enable a company with small groups, such as ergometer riding or changing rooms on the 1st floor, the Haus und Hof team has now set up a provisional escape route over the kitchen roof. Step ladders are available to quickly access the kitchen roof from the windows of the men's shower, changing room and board room. There is a ladder there, the attachment of which is easy to loosen. It can be pushed towards the parking lot from the roof, so that in the 1. OG residents can bring themselves to safety if the stairwell is unusable due to fire or smoke.

Please see where the stepladders stand and take a look at the kitchen roof to familiarize yourself. Please do not remove the escape ladders from their place. Currently, the Haus und Hof team is working on a larger escape route over the aft barn roof.
