The new ‘crewman’ version is here! The user interface is revised so that you can reach your destination with fewer clicks than in the previous version, and the format is well suited for use on your smartphone.
In addition, the new version allows more flexible planning of the boats, i.e. reservations are also possible for other times than directly in the rowing appointment.
For training sessions with series appointments, trainers (with appropriate access rights) can create participant groups and organize the boat use for them. For children's training, there are special adjustments that take into account the fact that parents must be involved in the planning, but do not participate in the training itself.
This document addresses ‘crewman’ old users who are moving to the new version from April 2024 and explains the first steps to booking a simple rowing appointment.
Start and registration
The new version for the MRC 1880 is opened in the Internet browser by entering:
The old personal registration is already stored in the new version, so that you can log in immediately with the usual login data.
Create a free appointment and reserve a boat, delete entry
After logging in, the calendar view opens for all appointments.
By clicking on "+" next to the desired calendar day, the following dialog opens to create a free appointment:
After selecting the date type (e.g. ‘Starnberg’ or ‘Oberschleißheim’) and time, the booking for the selected time slot opens by clicking on ‘Save’:
By clicking on the user it is possible to select a boat:
Again with a mouse click you place yourself:
If you change your mind and want to delete the entire entry, click on the question mark (‘undecided’).
Leaving the application
To unsubscribe from the crewman session, click on the three points in the title bar. The following menu opens, from which you select the entry ‘Log out’.
