Today we have two important informations for you:

1. SAFETY NOTICE

Unfortunately, the large ash at the bathing jetty dies and has rotten branches. Please do not stay under it until remedial action has been taken.

2. OBJECT TRAINING

The last newsletter referred to the obligation to row only with our trained officers.

We have rightly been asked how this training can be started or finalised.

Theoretical training / basic training

Ulf Hallmann is gladly available again and brings you the

Please make urgent use of this offer. Currently, we have unlocked those with a part of the training in the logbook. We will adapt this to the winter, so that from then on only commanders with both parts of the training can be guided by boats.

Clear the way – our common course towards the future

Your donation – small or large – brings us closer to the goal of renovating our beautiful, venerable boathouse. Every contribution counts. Each euro shows: We are pulling together – as if in a boat. For our planning, we assume that each member contributes an average of €1,000 – also in partial amounts or staggered over the entire construction period. This is how we manage to get our century project on track together.

So that you know exactly where your money is going, we offer you two possibilities to bring your donation directly to the water:

Our recommendation: Donation to the German Foundation for the Protection of Monuments (DSD)

Why? Donations to the DSD benefit our MRC boathouse: and the best: Every euro donated is doubled by a generous sponsor! Therefore, this is our preferred path.
